After completing your higher education. Then you will have to gain experience in different positions related to project management. 

After gaining some experience. So you can apply for a position as vice president at a company that provides professional services or IT services. 

If you do not gain relevant experience before applying for a position as vice president, it will be unlikely that you will get hired. However, if you do not want to wait until gaining experience before applying for such a position.

It would be better if you apply for a position as director or manager before applying for a VP of Client Delivery position. Having such lower positions will provide you with valuable experience.
